We think it’s great that you are considering BuzzMaster for your upcoming event! On this page, we’ll give you a glimpse of what our BuzzMaster service entails specifically. This is what you can expect from us. We want the audience to be able to join the discussion with ease and have fun while doing so. In short, we want your audience to transform from passive observers into active co-creators of your event, and this is how we do it!:
This video shows you what a BuzzMaster can actually do for your company:
If you’re interested, contact us. We’re happy to assess whether BuzzMaster is suitable for your event and advise you on the costs for your specific wishes. This is also the step where a specific BuzzMaster gets selected for your event.
Our BuzzMaster meets with you to explain the system and give you a demo. They give input on your event content and suggest when to incorporate which specific BuzzMaster feature, and why. It is usually best to have the event’s moderator join this meeting, so they know what to expect as well.
You and your BuzzMaster will keep in touch before the conference to determine the questions that will be asked, the design and other features you want to incorporate. So they can put your set together. Your BuzzMaster makes sure your corporate and/or event logos are displayed on every participating device. We prefer you submit your data (i.e. questions, style guides, and logos) at least one week before the event takes place. Any last-minute changes or additions? Not a problem - we can adjust the system on the spot if necessary!
Exciting! We’ll be there at least 2 hours before your event starts to connect the system and go through the last details. We advise you to engage our BuzzMaster as an active ‘sidekick’ who works together with the moderator to motivate and energize the crowd.
Naturally, we want to know what you thought of BuzzMaster at your event! We’ll give you a call afterward to talk through your experience. In addition, we will provide you with a detailed data report, showing all answers given and a screenshot of all actions taken by the participants.
